Course Summary
I completed the Level 3 Diploma for ICT Systems and Principles for IT Professionals at The Manchester College, which provided me with a comprehensive foundation in IT. The course covered a wide range of topics, including web design using HTML and CSS, networking technologies, and IT security. Additionally, I gained valuable skills in customer support, testing and maintaining ICT systems, and acquired hands-on experience with ICT repairs and Cisco server administration.
Learning Outcomes

Course Summary
This course was designed to take technical skills, problem solving and practical skills and apply these to working within a professional IT environment. From communicating effectively with fellow students and tutors, troubleshooting faults, implementing fixes and deploying new hardware, this course provided an overview of the skills required in the field.
